My name is Lilliana Irvine and this year I will be Junior at East.  This will be my first year being on the Oracle staff and I am so excited to be apart of it and grow as both a writer and an individual!  I am the youngest of four children and, to my parents’ disbelief, I will be heading off to college soon, though I’m not sure where I want to go or what I’m going to study yet.  I hope to someday be an entrepreneur to make a difference in my community, but, for now, I’m still at home embracing every moment with my amazing, furry dogs.  I love art, both creating it and admiring it.  I find that it is a great way to express emotions and opinions.  I am also the director of StudentServe 2017 and am involved with Girl Up.  I have the biggest sweet tooth and love foods like cake, cookies, and also other delicious desserts.  I hope to someday be an empowering woman who leaves her mark on the world.
