Once a month each branch of the military comes to East High School.  They raise awareness of another option after high school.  A couple of weeks ago The Marine Corps came to the commons area.

They challenged students during lunch to do as many pull ups as they could.  If the students got to 10 they could get a lanyard or pen and if they got 20 or more east students got a free t- shirt.  Shanese Andersson was able to muster up 18 pull ups, the most of the day.
