The big day of the year, where juniors and seniors get a night to dress themselves up and feel like princes and princesses is finally here.  You guessed it: prom! Prom usually wraps up the whole year.  Kind of a “send off” for the senior class.

Most girls start getting ready around four hours before, and some even earlier.  On the other hand, I’m sure boys start their whole get up thirty minutes prior to the time they’re supposed to be at their date’s door.

Girls take more thought and time into prom, without a doubt, more than boys do.  We love it.  Besides homecoming, which can be somewhat of a joke, this is the only event that we can really get all “dolled up” for.  A chance to show what we don’t show off at school.

Taking pictures with dates and friends and then getting shoo’d off to dinners by our parents will put smiles our faces real quick.  And then it’s off to dinner, where if you chose correctly your handsome date will pay for your meal.  Now don’t forget to order a non-saucy/messy meal, because in no way do you want to get a stain on that dress of yours, before you even hit Pla Mor…also the fact your mom will be so furious she may go to post prom, get in one of those hamster balls, and knock you right over like she’s playing human bowling, and no one would want to see that.

Dancing your butt off at the dance is always fun, but we all know post prom is where the real fun happens.  Between the bounce houses, mini golf, poker tables, and the hypnotist there’s no way you can’t not have fun!
Prom is a night full of fun memories that will last a life-time.  You may not even see your prom date again after high school, but you know very well you and your date will never forget that night.  Make your prom night one you will never forget!
