2015 graduate Kylie Roe was an AP All-State honorable mention her junior year.  Roe played basketball before choosing to focus on volleyball her senior year.  The Buena Vista program has made a big turn around, making the semi-finals in the conference tournament Roe’s freshman and sophomore year.  Although she has been setback with a recurring ankle injury, Roe has proved to be a versatile asset for the Beavers.  Originally recruited as an outside hitter, Roe has seen playing time at setter, libero, and defensive specialist.  Roe saw action in 29 games her freshman season.  In 2015, she was second on the team in serving aces, as well as second in conference in total aces and aces per set.  This past season she ranked first on her team in serving aces and aces per set.  Roe finished fifth on her team with 198 digs, and had a career high 21 digs against Dominican Illinois.  As a team captain, Roe hopes to play libero her junior season.
