Easy-Peasy Breakfast Recipe for Students

Easy-Peasy Breakfast Recipe for Students

Breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Also the meal that is the most hurried and least enjoyed, I mean, who can enjoy a bowl of mushy cereal while getting dressed, getting a last bit of homework done before rushing off to school? A full-fledged student myself, I’ve come to cherish a quiet and fulfilling breakfast as a start to my morning. The secret? A quick, easy recipe that is heathy and keeps me full until lunch!

The recipe? Eggs and toast.

Egg instructions:

Place pan on stove on medium heat

Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl

Add 1 tsp milk

Add 1 pinch pepper

(For a bit of extra flavor, add bacon or sausage to the mix!)

Mix ingredients until homogeneous

Place mixture in pan and stir occasionally until it begins to congeal

Mix eggs continuously until no longer runny, or to personal preference.

Toast instructions:

Get bread

Put bread in toaster

Immediately after bread is done toasting, place thin slices of favorite cheese on slice and allow it to melt.

Finally,

Put eggs over toasted bread and cheese and enjoy with a glass of milk or juice.
