Livvie Austin is a sophomore and this is her first year on The Oracle staff. Austin has two pets: a dog named Chesnut and a cat named Ollie. Besides The Oracle, Austinis involved in Lincoln East’s cross country and track team. In her free time, she loves to write–poetry specifically, reading, and enhancing her vocabulary. Austin applied to The Oracle due to the positivity surrounding the community within The Oracle, alongside wanting somewhere to publish her writing. This year, she is most looking forward to getting to know more people and trying new things. When things get rough or challenging, there is one thing that she goes by: “it’s all going to work out in the end.” We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes during her first year on The Oracle!
