Vanessa Garcia is a senior at East. This is Vanessa’s second year on Lincoln East Oracle. She decided to join Oracle because she was interested in all things journalism like writing stories and doing research. Her goals this year are to master her interviewing skills. Outside of school, Vanessa is joining Speech and Debate. Her favorite show is New Girl and her favorite artist is Tyler the Creator. Of Tyler the Creator’s albums, her favorite is Cherry Bomb. Vanessa has two rescue dogs and are complete opposites. Vanessa is excited for what this year brings.
