On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Olivia Rodrigo stunned Omaha, Nebraska with her beautiful performance of her GUTS album. She also added in performances from her debut hit album, SOUR, including top charting songs like “Drivers License” and “Deja Vu”.

Olivia Rodrigo performed her Guts world tour at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The tour began on February 23 of this year and consists of an opener for each concert and a wide range of Rodrigo’s music from both of her albums, GUTS and SOUR.

Since her debut album released in was May of 2021, Rodrigo has illuminated the music industry with gut-wrenching lyrics about heartbreak that every consumer can to. When Olivia released her sophomore album, GUTS (2023), fans were eager to buy tickets for the tour announced soon after.

The Omaha concert pulled Rodrigo fans from all over the Midwest until it was completely sold out. Starting at 7:30 p.m. with special guest Chappel Roan as the opener, the schedule allowed plenty of time for parking and merchandise purchases. There were three different merch booths around the arena, some had longer lines than others, but they were all stocked up with crewnecks, hoodies, t-shirts, and fun GUTS themed accessories. Most items sold for about $30 to $70, depending on what was purchased.

Helina Cooper, junior Spartan, attended the Wednesday concert with Aubrey Franks, her friend and fellow classmate.

“My favorite part about seeing her live was how good and different she sounded from just listening to her on Spotify,” Cooper said. “Just being able to see her in person was a dream come true.”

The tour setlist consisted of twenty-two songs, including her top hits “Driver’s License” and “Vampire”, as well as an unreleased song “Obsessed” that eventually came out on the GUTS Deluxe album, on March 22, 2024, about a week after the Omaha concert.

There’s no doubt that Olivia Rodrigo knows how to put on a spectacular performance, and she showcased her talents during this concert and continues to do so throughout the tour.
